Shipping Locations & Timing
- Origin: All items are stocked and dispatched directly from our partner fulfillment centers located within the United States.
- Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and major U.S. holidays).
- Delivery Estimates: Standard domestic shipping takes 2–5 business days once dispatched.
Mandatory Ground Shipping
Please note that certain high-performance car wash chemicals, aerosols, or heavy cutting compounds are classified as hazardous materials or regulated liquids. To ensure safe transport, these items must ship via domestic ground couriers (such as USPS Ground Advantage, UPS Ground, or FedEx Ground). They cannot be transported via air transport (Express or Overnight).

Damaged or Leaking Deliveries
Car care liquids can experience pressure changes during transit. We utilize commercial-grade caps and induction sealing to prevent leaks. However, if your package arrives structurally damaged or leaking, do not throw away the box or product. Take clear photos immediately and contact us at support@slicktheride.com within 48 hours so we can issue a replacement or a refund.
